Yes, of course you can however during disputes it is seen a biased and many cases have been in the favour of the tenant, when a landlord has conducted / completed an property inventory themselves, rather than of involving a third party company, for such small fraction of 10 % of your agency fees, saving you time and effort , peace of mind and total protection
To book an inventory inspection, you can either call book online or email us. We’ll arrange a mutual date and time that works for you. While we appreciate as much notice as possible to schedule your booking, we also understand that sometimes last-minute bookings are necessary, and we strive to accommodate those as well.
Turnaround Time at TGE Elegance
We are committed to providing our inventory services as quickly as possible. We appreciate the importance of providing an accurate and detailed report in a fast and professional manner. Therefore we endeavour to return our completed report within 24 - 48 hours. All reports will be sent to the instructor of the job in question or those who are associated within the agency.
Reports will not be sent to an external individual or someone not associated with the property.
We have become an environmental friendly business, we do not offer printouts or hard copies of reports, instead we provide docusign PDF documents with our inventory base software, which will be saved on a cloud system for safe keeping.
Invoicing and Payment
Prices vary according to the type of report required, the contents, and size of the property. Prices for a ‘furnished’ property, means that the property has what we consider to be an amount of furniture for a rental property. It is the responsibility of the instructing party to settle payment for any reports or charges incurred, irrespective of receipt of client funds, unless we are informed at the time of the booking.
If you are a private client, we will require you to settle the invoice for the booking before the report is released.
Payment is required by direct bank transfer to the account number detailed on our invoices. All invoices must be paid within the specified time stated on the Invoice.
TGE Elegance LTD reserves the right to withhold any documentation not fully paid for by the instructing party. Where the instructing party is in arrears TGE Elegance LTD may withhold such documentation or reports it deems fit, until such arrears are settled in full.
